| Yes, we use all Australian Bullion, the purity of our precious metals used is to recognized International standards. Sterling Silver, 9ct yellow gold, 18ct yellow gold and white gold upon request. |

| 2. Why haven't I heard of you before? |
|
| We have been operating for many years and it is only recently that we decided to take our products global. |

| 3. Do you make everything yourself? |
|
| Yes we do. All of our products are made by hand in our establishment by our master jewellers. |

| 4. I am from overseas, will you post to me? |
|
| Yes, we will post out to whatever address is given. |

| 5. How long do I have to wait for an order? |
|
| Please allow up to 4 weeks from date of order received, but in most cases it is less time. |

| 6. Do you do repairs? |
|
| Yes, we have our own repair department within our facility. |
|
| 7. Why does my finger go black, or I get dermatitis under the band? |
|
This is usually caused ny nickel being used in the making of the item. Nickel is an component that many people allergic reactions to.
We never use Nickel as one of our components. |

| 8. I have some old rings that need new bands, can you do that? |
|
| Yes, we can put new shanks on rings, we need to see the item first and we will contact you with a quote before any work is done. |

| 9. I am a little concerned at sending my jewellery to you for repairs? |
|
| Regardless of whether we are making items for our clientele, or doing repairs, it is all done with the utmost sincerity and respect. We too have heard some horror stories and we would ask that if you believe in honesty and integrity, then this is what you have with Amber-Jewels. We value each client and business that we have and each piece received is treated with honesty. |

| 11. Do you copper or silver fill Bangles? |
|
| No, we don't. We only have all genuine solid bangles. From repairs received of such filled items, we have found that it starts off as a Silver bangle which then has a very fine gold leaf wrap placed over the top. Don't be afraid to ask your jeweller how the piece is made, before you invest in any copper or silver filled item. I am sure not all items are done as we have seen them, just be aware of what could be. |
