Every piece has been custom made, which means that you can proudly say to your family and friends that the piece you have chosen has been made by hand and never to be repeated again.

Ungeknown for a lot of people, is the money ring. Legend tells us that our wallet or purse strings will never be empty and that new opportunities will arise once a money ring is worn. The ring must also be in both metals, gold and silver. Legend tells us to wear this ring on your little finger of your right hand and it is to fit snugly into the crease, at the back of your knuckle closest to your fingernail.

We twist both metals by hand and create this special ring. Code = R3161SG Sizes available A, B, C, A-1, A-2

CLADDAGH RING

The Claddagh ring originated in the fishing village situated near the "Shore" or "Claddagh" of Galway Bay. The Claddagh ring motif is attributed to Richard Joyce. Richard Joyce was en route to the West Indies, captured by Algerian corsairs and sold as a slave to a moorish goldsmith who trained him. Released from slavery in 1689 and returned to Galway and set up as goldsmith. The Claddagh Ring motif is attributed to him. The motif on the Claddagh Ring shows two hands holding a heart which wears a crown. The motif is explained in the phrase; "Let Love and Friendship Reign".

The tradition of how to wear the ring is very distinctive. If the owner of the ring wears it with the crown pointing towards the finger nail, he or she is said to be in love or married. To wear the ring with the heart pointing towards the fingernail, he or she is said to be availble to anyone.
