Amber-Jewels carries a 60 day guarantee against faulty workmanship. If the occasion should arise, please return your item to us with the original docket received with order. Charges will apply if the item has been deemed as not faulty workmanship.
Amber-Jewels has its own repair department and we will be happy to quote you on any items received before any work is done. Please note: Return of repairs also carry a registered post fee.
Amber-Jewels does not refund money on any item ordered, but will be happy to exchange for same value, providing the item is returned to us in its original state. IE: Not Worn.
